Studio Policies

The studio is not bound until $500.00 retainer is paid and receipted. The retainer is applicable to your package.

Upon receipt of deposit the studio must be aware of Mini or Petite Wedding coverage.

Package must be selected and paid for 4 weeks before the wedding.

Additional orders must be paid in full when ordering.

In the event of cancellation, retainer and payments are not refunded nor applied to another date or other studio service.

In order to eliminate confusion on your wedding day, we must insist that we be the exclusive photographer.

Prices at the time of booking are guaranteed until 30 days after the date of wedding.

Photographs will not be released until total balance is paid.

Album selections must be made within 4 weeks of receiving previews, or there will be a 10% additional charge.

Studio will not retain original files after one year of wedding date.

It is agreed that rights to exclusive use of photographs are reserved in Loupe Studio whether for display, publication or otherwise.

Our studio has consistently produced beautiful weddings of the highest quality for over 25 years. We provide a cominbation of traditional, candid and modern photojournlistic style photography.

We specialize in wedding photography, offering you the utmost in quality and design. We will create beautiful photographs for you, as this is once in a lifetime.

We are open by appointment only, therefore giving you complete attention and service.

We will only reserve one wedding for your time - yours, and you will discuss all of your arrangements with the photographer.
