Studio Policies

A 50% deposit is due when placing order. Payment in full if ordering after yearbook deadline.

All prices add sales tax.

Black and White pictures add 25%.

Any NSF checks will have a $20.00 service charge.

Previews are not retouched or custom printed, therefore finished orders may not be an exact match.

Tan lines, braces, stray hairs, moles, scars, eyeglass glare, and severe acne are not included in regular retouching. An additional charge is $35.00 per negative.

RETAKES - Studio will do retakes at no charge if camera error only. If retakes are requested because of hair, expressions etc., a full session will be charged.

COPYRIGHT - Federal copyright law prohibits the reproduction of any studio images without written permission.

Loupe Photography retains exclusive rights to use photographs for display, advertising etc.

Frames are available.

Your finished pictures will be of the best quality, with a luster surface and fully retouched to remove blemishes and enhance skin.
